Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold active state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, administrators, and parents
  • Strong knowledge of developing and implementing IEPs
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals
  • Conduct group and one-on-one therapy sessions across various grade levels
  • Partner with educators and families to support generalization of communication strategies into the classroom
  • Maintain detailed records of progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Contribute to team meetings regarding student development and accommodations
