Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid SLP license for Iowa or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) will be considered
  • Pediatric and school-based experience highly valued
  • Teletherapy skills a plus
  • Passion for supporting K-12 students’ communication and learning

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with diverse speech-language needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
  • Document student progress and maintain clear records
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Utilize teletherapy tools and techniques when required
