Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid or pending Texas SLP license (must be active by start date)
  • Open to ASHA CCC, CFY, or those with pediatric SLP experience
  • School-based or pediatric clinical experience preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to engage students and communicate effectively with families and school teams

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
  • Evaluate, screen, and assess students to determine eligibility and areas of need
  • Create and implement individualized therapy plans and interventions
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate student progress
  • Monitor and document ongoing student performance and outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings, stakeholder consultations, and professional development
  • Caseload age preferences may be discussed in the interview process
