Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Provide engaging therapy sessions targeting speech, language, and communication objectives
  • Keep detailed, accurate documentation of student progress and adjust therapy as needed
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success and coordinated care
  • Educate and involve families in the therapy process to support carryover of skills
