In this position, you’ll provide services at several schools—with hours split between K-8 and high school settings. Your expertise will help students achieve their highest potential as you collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families, all while building your career in diverse, rewarding environments.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Florida
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status welcomed
  • Experience with school-based caseloads strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students of varying ages
  • Serve a weekly schedule that includes 32 hours at an elementary/middle charter, 15 hours at a college-prep charter, and 6 hours supporting a high school caseload
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with IEP and district requirements
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to IEP meetings
