Qualifications/Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license in Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
  • SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
  • School-based SLP experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Adaptability to varying school cultures and caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students at various partnering charter and preparatory schools (hours per week vary by location)
  • Conduct thorough assessments, deliver evidence-based interventions, and track student progress
  • Collaborate with educational staff, administration, and families to support student success
  • Maintain up-to-date records and participate in IEP meetings
  • Travel between local school sites as scheduled
