Step into an impactful school-based opportunity designed for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist who thrives on helping young learners communicate, grow, and succeed. This full-time, contract position involves serving early childhood and elementary students (PreK–5) across two sites, shaping speech and language outcomes from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027. You'll have the ability to make a meaningful difference by supporting a well-balanced caseload of 50-55 students, delivering therapy, supporting diverse learning needs, and playing a key part in Child Find evaluations.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active CCC-SLP certification
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Skilled in providing therapy to early childhood and elementary-age children
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
  • Comfortable conducting Child Find and other diagnostic evaluations
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative SLP services to students on a caseload of 50-55, including those with a range of speech and language needs
  • Conduct Child Find screenings and comprehensive speech-language evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver therapy sessions across two designated school sites
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state protocols
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute proactive strategies for student success
