About the Role
We’re looking for a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to support students from PreK through 5th grade. This is a full-time position working across two school sites with a manageable but busy caseload.
What You’ll Do
Work with a caseload of about 50–55 students
Provide speech/language therapy (individual and small group)
Complete evaluations and Child Find assessments
Write and maintain IEPs and track student progress
Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
Travel between two school locations as needed
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active state SLP license (or ability to obtain)
CCCs preferred
School or pediatric experience is a plus
Someone organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing a full caseload
