Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) School-Based (PreK5)

Position Overview:

2026–2027 School Year Weld, Colorado
Location: 2 school sites
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Dates: August 10, 2026 – May 28, 2027
About the Role
We’re looking for a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to support students from PreK through 5th grade. This is a full-time position working across two school sites with a manageable but busy caseload.

Work with a caseload of about 50–55 students
Provide speech/language therapy (individual and small group)
Complete evaluations and Child Find assessments
Write and maintain IEPs and track student progress
Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
Travel between two school locations as needed

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active state SLP license (or ability to obtain)
CCCs preferred
School or pediatric experience is a plus
Someone organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing a full caseload

Pay Expectations: 50-55 an hour based on experience + Benefits included
