Make a meaningful impact supporting students in K–5 settings as a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with flexible contract opportunities. We are seeking 1 full-time and 1 part-time professional, each serving a single school site from August 6, 2026, through May 21, 2027. Both positions offer steady hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Qualifications:
- Valid and current SLP or SLPA license/certification
- Clinical knowledge and experience in school-based settings
- Familiarity with intervention strategies and IEP processes
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to flexibly adapt to diverse caseloads and student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for students in grades K–5
- Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, acting as a valued member of the student support team
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create optimal learning environments
- Consult with educators on classroom-based strategies and interventions
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate records in line with school and regulatory policies
Both the full-time and part-time roles provide a chance to work closely with an elementary-aged student population, with each clinician assigned to a single location for ease of scheduling and continuity of care. Caseloads will be determined prior to assignment to ensure balanced workloads.
