Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license or eligibility in Alabama

• Previous school-based experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and organization skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students requiring speech-language services
• Deliver therapy services in individual or group settings within the school environment
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ educational progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and session logs
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
• Provide resources and strategies to staff and families to facilitate student success
