Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting evaluations and delivering speech-language services to students individually or in groups
• Developing and implementing IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Documenting progress, adapting strategies, and providing ongoing communication with families and staff
• Supporting students’ communication goals within their natural educational settings
• Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative school culture

We’re seeking candidates with:

• A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Florida teacher certification and/or active FL DOH SLP license
• Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus
• Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and student needs across multiple settings
• Familiarity with school-based documentation and IEP processes

As part of the credentialing process, candidates must complete fingerprinting. If you have recent fingerprints available via the AHCA Clearinghouse, you may be eligible for a streamlined process with transfer of your JLA badge, which helps expedite your school onboarding.
