Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligible for or holds a current state SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in a school setting is an asset, but new graduates are welcome
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
  • Work one-on-one and in small groups with students across a variety of grade levels
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Provide support and resources to families and educators regarding student progress and strategies
