Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for or holds a current state SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is an asset, but new graduates are welcome
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
- Work one-on-one and in small groups with students across a variety of grade levels
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Provide support and resources to families and educators regarding student progress and strategies
