Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Current State of Alabama licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with teachers and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Consult with staff and participate in team meetings to support student learning outcomes
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services, adapting interventions to meet diverse student needs
