Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Experience or strong interest in school settings and pediatric populations
- Open to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) with school experience
- Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary educational team
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy interventions for students with speech, language, and communication needs across grades K-12
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Maintain thorough records and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success
- Contribute to team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development
- Supervise or mentor assistants and/or clinical fellows as appropriate
