Multiple roles are available, serving one to two campuses, all on-site, ranging from preschoolers in VPK through high school seniors. Assignments match your expertise and preference, including brand-new K-8 schools, bustling high schools, or innovative special program units (ASD, VE, InD, EBD). Collaborate with fellow SLPs, SLPAs, and broader educational support teams to deliver creative therapy solutions. Schedules are full-time (35 hours/wk) with structured workdays during the academic year (Aug 5, 2026 – June 1, 2027); some part-time or maternity leave coverage roles are available.
What you bring:
- Active SLP licensure for Florida, ASHA CCC required
- School-based SLP experience (K-12 strongly preferred)
- Excellence in collaborative work, communication, and innovative therapy planning
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload across ages and exceptional student needs
- Completion of fingerprinting and time-sensitive onboarding documentation
- Flexibility and commitment to on-site service
What you’ll do:
- Assess, plan, and deliver individualized/group speech therapy for assigned caseload
- Work alongside educators and student support staff to foster a positive academic environment
- Contribute to IEP team meetings, data collection, and progress reporting
- Engage with parents, caregivers, and the school community
- Support smooth transitions or coverage when needed (e.g., maternity leaves)
