Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status accepted
- Previous experience working in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and work effectively in a multidisciplinary setting
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide interventions for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other education professionals
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students, teachers, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely student records, progress notes, and documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff discussions, and required trainings
- Offer support and resources to teachers and caregivers to facilitate optimal student outcomes
