Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP-CCC certification
  • Active state licensure for FL or eligibility to obtain prior to assignment start
  • Previous experience providing therapy to school-aged children is highly advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
  • Comfort working collaboratively with educators, administrators, students, and families
  • Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet diverse student needs and IEP goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary students, both individually and in groups
  • Conduct evaluations, write assessment reports, and participate in IEP meetings
