Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• State licensure (or eligibility); CCC-SLP preferred, CF candidates enthusiastically considered
• School-based experience a plus, but not required—strong mentorship available for new grads
• Passion for fostering student communication and learning
• Adaptable, proactive, and team-oriented approach

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students with varying needs
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student achievement
• Maintain documentation in accordance with school and state protocols
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to student support teams
