Openings are available for both Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) holders and Clinical Fellows (CFs), offering excellent mentorship and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Florida
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or recent graduates eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF) welcome
  • Prior school-based experience is valued but not required
  • Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes and effective communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic academic environment

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech/language services for a diverse student population
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance students’ academic and social success
  • Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress reports
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to best practices
  • Engage in ongoing professional learning and development
