Embark on a fulfilling assignment near the stunning Emerald Coast, supporting students’ communication development in a vibrant educational environment. This contract position seeks four Speech-Language Pathologists for full-time opportunities during the 2026-2027 school year. Your role will be on-site, serving students ranging from early childhood through transition ages. Caseloads and specific school assignments will be determined based on your expertise and interview discussions, with potential placement at a single site or itinerant between two nearby schools.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Florida Department of Health Provisional SLP License required
  • Previous school-based SLP experience is highly valued
  • Comfortable working with diverse age groups (from Pre-K to age 22)
  • Ability to be flexible in working at one location or travel between assigned school sites
  • Commitment to completing Florida’s fingerprinting and JLA badge requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language services to students as outlined in IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and maintain documentation in accordance with school district policies
  • Adapt to varied caseload types and age ranges as assigned
