School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Fort Walton Beach, Florida

What You Bring:

• Active Florida Department of Health Provisional SLP License
• Previous school-based SLP experience (strongly preferred)
• Ability to work on site (virtual/remote is not available for this role)
• Skill and passion for supporting students ages PreK–22
• Flexibility—caseload and location may be focused at one campus or split between sites
• Commitment to timely credentialing; ability to complete fingerprinting and obtain JLA badge as required

Your Daily Impact:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
• Complete assessments and documentation to ensure compliance
• Develop individualized intervention plans, track data and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
