Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Indiana SLP license or eligibility to obtain before the start date
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations across kindergarten through grade 12
- Passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based services in a dynamic school setting
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services within a supportive, interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to promote student progress
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings to ensure alignment of services and strategies
