Step into a fulfilling opportunity supporting K-12 students as a school-based speech-language pathologist for the 26/27 academic year. This full-time contract position is located near Fort Wayne, IN and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative educational environment. Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Indiana SLP license or eligibility to obtain before the start date
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working with diverse student populations across kindergarten through grade 12
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based services in a dynamic school setting

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services within a supportive, interdisciplinary team
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to promote student progress
  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings to ensure alignment of services and strategies
