Required Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Indiana state SLP licensure
- SLP-CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Prior experience (practicum or direct) with school-aged populations (K-12) preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP process and school-based therapy documentation
- Excellent communicative, collaborative, and organizational skills
- Commitment to on-site presence and active engagement within the school community
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, families, and support staff to advocate for student needs
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning climate for students of all abilities in a K-12 setting
