Required Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible Indiana state SLP licensure
  • SLP-CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience (practicum or direct) with school-aged populations (K-12) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IEP process and school-based therapy documentation
  • Excellent communicative, collaborative, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to on-site presence and active engagement within the school community

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, families, and support staff to advocate for student needs
  • Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning climate for students of all abilities in a K-12 setting
