Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Indiana SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs welcome to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Comfortable adapting therapy to meet students’ unique needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver engaging, goal-oriented therapy to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Work closely with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete required reports in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
