Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Indiana SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs welcome to apply
  • Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable adapting therapy to meet students’ unique needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver engaging, goal-oriented therapy to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Work closely with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and complete required reports in a timely manner
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
