Bilingual School Speech Therapist - Branford, Florida

An exciting opportunity exists for a bilingual professional to provide essential speech-language pathology services in an elementary school setting. This part-time contract position is based in Branford, FL, where you will work closely with students requiring support in Spanish.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with elementary school-aged children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Assess and provide speech-language evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to create supportive learning environments.
• Provide direct therapeutic services to students with identified speech and language needs.
• Participate in committee meetings to discuss student progress and necessary adjustments to services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.
