  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Eligible for or hold Texas Speech-Language Pathology licensure
  • Proven experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Adept at collaborating with educators, families, and support staff

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Deliver direct therapy services aligned with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers and other school professionals to facilitate student success
  • Maintain accurate, thorough documentation for progress tracking and compliance
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and advocating for student needs
  • Educate and advise families on communication strategies and progress
