School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Fort Worth, Texas

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license required
• Experience with K-12 students in a school setting preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish highly desired
• Must reside within 30-40 minutes (with traffic) of Fort Worth, TX
• Completed or verifiable fingerprints through the Texas Education Agency (can take up to 10 business days)
• Please note: Candidates must have clinical experience (CFs, PTs, and virtual candidates cannot be considered for this position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students across elementary and high school campuses
• Manage a diverse caseload for grades K-12, including direct therapy and case management duties
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and related service staff to support students’ progress
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
