Make a real impact in the lives of students as a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist supporting a vibrant K-12 community in the Fort Worth, TX area. This is an on-site, full-time contract opportunity from August 10, 2026, through May 21, 2027, where you’ll provide essential speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 60-65 students at one assigned school location (to be confirmed). Use your skills in assessment, direct intervention, and collaboration with school teams to support student communication and academic success.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Texas Speech Language Pathologist licensure is required
  • Previous experience in a school-based SLP role preferred
  • Ability to manage a varied K-12 caseload, with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) professionals are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Must successfully complete or verify fingerprints through the TEA (results can take up to 10 business days)
  • Must be available to work on-site; virtual/remote options are not available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and individualized therapy sessions for students with speech and language needs
  • Develop, implement, and update IEP goals in collaboration with educators and families
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation and progress reports as required by the district
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support generalization of skills and student growth
  • Attend relevant meetings, including IEP meetings, and participate in professional development as needed
