School Speech Language Pathologist - Fort Worth, TX

Two onsite Speech Language Pathologists are needed to start as soon as possible, with positions extending through May 2027.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Texas SLP License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong collaboration skills and adaptability for work across K-12 grade levels
• Ability and willingness to supervise SLPAs onsite

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services, including assessment, intervention, and documentation, for a diverse student caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and family members to facilitate student communication skills and success in the classroom
• Supervise and mentor onsite SLPAs, supporting professional growth and quality student care
• Conduct screenings, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Adapt interventions and supports to meet students’ unique communication needs across multiple campuses within the district
