Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience within schools or with pediatric populations
• Understanding of 504 plans and special education procedures
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Familiarity with assessment tools, intervention strategies, and IEP/504 documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver both direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students, individually or in small groups, per 504 plan requirements
• Assess, diagnose, and monitor progress of students presenting speech, language, and communication difficulties
• Partner with teachers, school staff, and families to develop, implement, and evaluate effective intervention strategies
• Maintain up-to-date, compliant documentation and progress tracking in accord with regulatory standards
• Participate actively in 504 meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions to support student needs
