School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist
Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time assignment near Fort Worth, Texas. This onsite opportunity serves a diverse caseload of approximately 60–65 students ranging from Pre-K through 5th Grade.
The SLP will work with students in general education, special education resource classrooms, and self-contained life skills programs, providing comprehensive speech-language services that support communication development, academic achievement, and social success.
Position Details:
• Full-time onsite assignment
• Elementary population (PreK–5th Grade)
• General Education and Special Education settings
• Resource and Self-Contained Life Skills Classrooms
• Collaborative school-based team environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students
• Conduct speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic language assessments
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans based on data and outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and parents
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Clinical Fellows (CFY/CF) encouraged to apply, depending on district requirements
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
