This full-time opportunity runs from August 11, 2026, through May 25, 2027, and follows a Monday through Friday onsite schedule (8 am–4:30 pm). You’ll work alongside a diverse team, manage a healthy caseload of 54 direct therapy students and 14 consults, and develop your practice in a supportive, innovative educational environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Texas SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience in school-based speech-language therapy preferred
• Ability to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise assigned SLPAs
• Plan and deliver individual and group speech-language therapy per IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers and staff as a resource for communication needs
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed
• Determine readiness for graduation from therapy services
