Exciting opportunities await Speech-Language Pathologists interested in making a meaningful impact in an educational setting! Multiple contract positions are available for the upcoming school year to help support students and teams with their communication and language development. Flexible scheduling allows for a balanced workload—whether part-time or full-time—with assignments tailored according to individual experience and district requirements. The anticipated assignment runs from August 3, 2026, through May 21, 2027, with possible planning days before and after the official contract dates.
What we’re looking for:
- Active Georgia SLP license and current GaPSC Educator Certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility (SLP-CFY candidates will be considered)
- Demonstrated experience in school-based settings or a strong desire to serve student populations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Adaptability to meet varied caseloads and the diverse needs of students
- Enthusiasm for providing direct, onsite support (remote/virtual only candidates are not eligible for this position)
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering engaging therapy for students
- Collaborating with teaching staff, families, and other professionals to foster student success
- Maintaining thorough, timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Supporting a positive learning atmosphere in diverse educational environments
- Participating in pre- and post-contract planning days as needed
