Speech Language Pathologist in Fostoria, OH

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract basis for the upcoming school year. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative educational environment, working across two welcoming locations. You’ll work closely with students, educators, and families to help children reach communication milestones from August 17th through June 3rd.

What You’ll Need:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license in Ohio
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Prior experience with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for serving young learners
• Ability to travel between two assigned school sites within the day

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify speech, language, and communication needs of elementary school students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with school policies
• Attend IEP meetings and communicate progress with families and staff
• Provide therapy in a structured and compassionate manner, adapting sessions as needed
