This role supports students’ growth and helps them achieve their potential through skilled speech and language intervention. Providing services for both the current and upcoming school years, you will play a vital role in shaping positive academic and social experiences for children.

Key qualifications and experience:

  • Valid Speech Language Pathology (SLP) license or eligibility in Colorado
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience working in a school, with a pediatric population, or in teletherapy is highly valued
  • Comfortable with K-12 caseloads and collaborating with educators and families
  • Previous work as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) a plus

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech language services to K-12 students
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support communication goals
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with school and professional standards
  • Engage creatively to support diverse learning needs—in person or virtually
