Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (Colorado or eligible for reciprocity)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent field required
- Previous experience with school-aged children (K-12) strongly preferred
- Knowledgeable in IEP processes and case management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports according to school and district standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities
- Utilize evidence-based practices and adapt interventions for diverse student needs
