Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (Colorado or eligible for reciprocity)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent field required
  • Previous experience with school-aged children (K-12) strongly preferred
  • Knowledgeable in IEP processes and case management
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to K-12 students
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports according to school and district standards
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and adapt interventions for diverse student needs
