Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current Colorado SLP license
- Preferred experience working in school settings and with ASD populations
- CF candidates considered if they demonstrate exceptional clinical skills and independence
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Commitment to providing services on-site for 20 hours per week
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among elementary students with ASD
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and goals
- Collaborate closely with special education staff, classroom teachers, and families
- Maintain accurate records and comply with state and district documentation guidelines
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions both individually and in small groups
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
This contract position offers a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $45 to $60 depending on qualifications and experience.
