Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary-age students with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a dynamic school environment near Fountain, CO. This part-time role offers the chance to impact young learners' communication skills working alongside a collaborative and experienced team. With a manageable caseload and clearly defined support systems, you'll play a vital part in students' educational journeys from August 17, 2026, through May 28, 2027.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current Colorado SLP license
  • Preferred experience working in school settings and with ASD populations
  • CF candidates considered if they demonstrate exceptional clinical skills and independence
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to providing services on-site for 20 hours per week

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among elementary students with ASD
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and goals
  • Collaborate closely with special education staff, classroom teachers, and families
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with state and district documentation guidelines
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions both individually and in small groups
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning

This contract position offers a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $45 to $60 depending on qualifications and experience.
