Enjoy a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, with working hours falling between either 7:15 AM – 3:15 PM or 7:45 AM – 3:45 PM, allowing for a dependable work-life balance. You’ll work alongside another experienced SLP at the school site, fostering an atmosphere of professional support and shared expertise as you serve a caseload of 40–60 students. This position is ideal for those who thrive in dynamic settings and are passionate about helping children reach their full potential.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or a related field
  • Current, valid Colorado SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Active ASHA CCC-SLP credentials appreciated
  • Prior experience with school-aged children and K-8 caseloads preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and flexibility
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based speech-language interventions
  • Write and implement IEPs, tracking progress toward goals
  • Attend team meetings, provide regular updates, and engage with parents and staff
  • Collaborate with educators on strategies to support communication in the classroom
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Support the social, academic, and emotional development of students
