Exciting opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP, SLP-CCC) eager to make a meaningful difference in children's lives for the upcoming 2026-27 school year. This contract-to-hire position provides the chance to work closely with a supportive school team, focusing primarily on elementary-age students in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your expertise and passion will help shape young learners’ communication skills—setting them up for lifelong success.

Key Details:

  • Four full-time SLP positions available
  • Contract-to-hire arrangement for the 2026-27 school year
  • Start date: August 3rd
  • Primarily elementary caseloads; openings may also be available at other grade levels
  • Standard workweek: 37.5 hours
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students
  • Submissions for SLPAs will be considered for interviews at a later time

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP or SLP-CCC)
  • Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
  • Committed to fostering student growth in a supportive, inclusive environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy and interventions based on individualized student needs
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary teams and consult with educators and families
  • Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Support an engaging, positive, and adaptable therapy environment
