Key Details:
- Four full-time SLP positions available
- Contract-to-hire arrangement for the 2026-27 school year
- Start date: August 3rd
- Primarily elementary caseloads; openings may also be available at other grade levels
- Standard workweek: 37.5 hours
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students
- Submissions for SLPAs will be considered for interviews at a later time
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP or SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
- Committed to fostering student growth in a supportive, inclusive environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy and interventions based on individualized student needs
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in multi-disciplinary teams and consult with educators and families
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Support an engaging, positive, and adaptable therapy environment
