Make a difference in the lives of preschool students by providing speech-language support in a collaborative school environment. This full-time contract opportunity allows you to work closely with a supportive team, including another SLP in the building, to serve a preschool caseload between 40 and 60 students.

Enjoy a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, with workday hours running either from 7:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. or from 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.

Compensation for this contract role ranges from $45 to $65 per hour, based on experience and credentials.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license for Colorado
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for preschool students with communication disorders
  • Deliver both direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
  • Collaborate with another onsite SLP, classroom teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain detailed records and document student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and help ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each child
