Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility
  • Experience working in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings
  • Strong ability to conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and lead intervention sessions
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for making a positive difference in students’ lives

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary and secondary students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) focused on measurable goals
  • Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions within the school environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and special education staff to support inclusive learning
  • Communicate progress and strategies with parents and guardians
  • Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate actively in student support meetings and professional development
