Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Fountain, CO

We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to a diverse group of students on a contract basis. Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
• Valid state licensure or ability to obtain prior to start
• Prior experience in K-12 school settings preferred
• Strong background in pediatric and healthcare-based SLP services
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented school atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a wide range of communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and special education staff to support student progress
• Maintain thorough records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to students’ unique needs, both individually and in groups
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight to support student achievement
