What you’ll bring:

  • Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Previous experience within a school-based setting preferred, with a solid understanding of IEP processes
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive, equitable support for students with a variety of communication needs
  • Adaptability to evolving needs and caseloads, which will be discussed during your interview

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments for students across various grade levels
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Deliver therapy services both one-on-one and in group settings, measuring student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Consult regularly with educators, support staff, and families to promote generalization of communication skills
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
