Key Qualifications:
- ASHA Certification required
- Active Colorado SLP License
- CDE credential (Colorado Department of Education)
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those holding SLP-CCC
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred, but not required
- Strong collaborative and communication skills, with a genuine passion for empowering students
Role Overview:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and team conferences as needed
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that celebrates student achievements
