Middle School Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Fountain, CO

Key Qualifications:

• Current SLP certification and appropriate state licensure required
• Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary and middle school populations, preferred
• Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and compliance processes
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to students in grades K-8
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs and eligibility
• Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state standards
• Offer strategies and training for teachers and parents to support student communication goals
• Manage a diverse caseload while adapting services to meet a variety of needs

This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 37.5 hours per week, with hours from 7:15 am to 3:15 pm. You’ll engage with a supportive school community and make an impact in the lives of students from diverse backgrounds.
