Qualifications and Experience:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility preferred
- Experience supporting students at elementary and middle school levels
- Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Compassion, adaptability, and commitment to professional growth
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, and communication needs for students in grades K-8
- Develop and implement individualized and group therapy plans
- Prepare and maintain accurate student records and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and other school staff
- Participate in IEP meetings, goal-setting, and parent communications
- Promote inclusive educational practices and support students’ participation in classroom activities
