Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility preferred
  • Experience supporting students at elementary and middle school levels
  • Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Compassion, adaptability, and commitment to professional growth

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify speech, language, and communication needs for students in grades K-8
  • Develop and implement individualized and group therapy plans
  • Prepare and maintain accurate student records and progress reports
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and other school staff
  • Participate in IEP meetings, goal-setting, and parent communications
  • Promote inclusive educational practices and support students’ participation in classroom activities
