Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting preschool and elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a contract role for the upcoming academic year. This position is based in a dynamic school setting near Fountain, CO, and will allow you to make a significant impact on young learners’ communication and language development.

This contract assignment runs from July 27, 2026, through May 21, 2027, offering a consistent 37.5 hours per week. Typical hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with slight variations based on school location. Your expertise will help students reach their goals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid state SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Previous experience working in preschool and/or elementary settings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other specialists
  • Passion for helping children achieve developmental milestones

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students ages 3-11
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services within classroom and pull-out models
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, specialists, and families to support student development
  • Participate in IEP meetings and staff development as required
