Discover a rewarding opportunity to support preschool and elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a contract role near Fountain, CO. You’ll work approximately 37.5 hours per week, with workdays typically starting at 7:30 AM and ending at 3:30 PM (with some variation depending on specific school locations). The caseload will include both preschoolers and elementary-aged children, allowing you to make a difference across a diverse range of developmental stages.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold current state licensure and appropriate certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Experience with both preschool and elementary students is preferred
  • Strong foundation in assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders
  • Ability to collaborate with classroom teachers, special education teams, and families
  • Dedicated to supporting a positive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students, individually and in small groups
  • Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for students
  • Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress, and required documentation
  • Offer consultative support to teachers and families to generalize skills in the classroom and home
