What you’ll take on:

• Manage a diverse K-12 caseload, ensuring students receive the support they need to thrive.
• Work within self-contained or resource classroom settings.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Perform a full range of Special Education Teacher responsibilities, collaborating with other educators and specialists.
• Foster a positive and encouraging classroom environment that promotes growth and engagement.
• Partner with families, staff, and administration to develop strategies and solutions for student success.

What we’re seeking:

• Current Colorado certification as a Special Education teacher.
• Solid experience or knowledge in delivering therapy and support as an SLP within schools.
• Confidence managing workload across multiple student needs and settings.
• Familiarity with current practices in individualized instruction, IEP documentation, and compliance.
• A proactive approach, growth mindset, and an unwaveringly positive outlook.

For this role, compensation will range from $35 to $50 per hour based on relevant experience and certification.
