Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP licensure in South Carolina
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop individualized plans and adapt therapeutic strategies
  • Willingness to work on a full-time, onsite basis throughout the contracted assignment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify speech, language, and communication needs in elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child
  • Deliver direct therapy services in a variety of settings within the school
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and document progress in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
  • Support a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
