Speech Language Pathologist in Fountain Inn, SC

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in South Carolina
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience in school-based settings, particularly with middle school populations, is highly valued
• Strong understanding of IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Comfort with both in-person and virtual therapy models helpful
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for middle school students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents/guardians
• Deliver direct group and one-on-one interventions within the school environment
• Track and report student progress, maintaining thorough and accurate documentation
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture and provide consultation to faculty as needed
