Your Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in Massachusetts
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students with diverse speech and language needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation
- Offer guidance and resources to support classroom teachers and staff in language development strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to achieve optimal outcomes
