School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Framingham, Massachusetts

Step into a rewarding full-time contract role supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the remainder of the school year. Candidates with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and prior experience in school settings are highly desired.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid SLP license, with CCC required
• Demonstrated experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, preferably in school environments
• Confidence in assessing and developing individualized education plans (IEPs) for diverse student populations
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans and therapeutic activities
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation for each student
• Regularly attend and contribute to IEP meetings and case conferences
• Deliver direct and consultative services, both individually and in small groups
