Your Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license in Massachusetts
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is essential
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students with diverse speech and language needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation
• Offer guidance and resources to support classroom teachers and staff in language development strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to achieve optimal outcomes
