Speech Language Pathologist in Framingham, MA

Qualifications and Experience Needed:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Massachusetts (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous experience working in a school setting is essential
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapeutic services through both individual and group sessions
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and other school professionals to support student success
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Engage with families and caregivers to share strategies and progress updates
