What You’ll Need:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology state license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, held for at least one year
  • At least one year of school-based IEP experience
  • Strong communication skills—able to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
  • Motivation to make a positive difference for students
  • Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfort with technology: digital paperwork, online communication, and a willingness to learn new platforms

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy to students across various ages and needs
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with school and state requirements
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth
  • Communicate progress and strategies to families and staff, supporting students’ success in educational environments
