As a valued member of a collaborative team, you’ll provide speech and language therapy services in both individual and group settings. Desired Qualifications:
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate
- Indiana SLP licensure, or eligible to obtain before starting
- Experience with pediatric populations, ideally in schools or healthcare/teletherapy settings
- Knowledge of working with students with severe or essential (life) skill needs
- Comfortable collaborating with educators, support staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver speech and language therapy to assigned students
- Implement therapy sessions in-person or via teletherapy, based on assignment
- Document progress and maintain accurate student records
- Consult with teachers and participate in IEP meetings
- Support students’ functional communication and social skills
